After cooling, it will form a durable, stiff structure that can withstand wind and snow and is not easily deformed. It is lighter and more breathable than traditional plastic sheets and fits curves more naturally.

Internal support for bag lids: Used for bag lids that need to maintain flatness (such as three-dimensional adhesive bags) to prevent sagging without affecting the feel of the outer fabric.

2. Hot melt double-sided hard adhesive
Features: Double-sided adhesive coating, capable of bonding two layers of material simultaneously, combining adhesive and reinforcing functions.

Applications:
Composite structure brim: When the brim requires multiple layers of composite materials (such as windproof membrane + fabric), double-sided hard glue can be used to bond the layers simultaneously and enhance overall hardness, replacing sewing stitches and improving waterproofing.

Seamless integration of pocket flaps and garment body: Used for invisible integration of pocket flap edges (e.g., hidden pocket design) to prevent exposed stitching while maintaining stiffness at the opening/closing area.
